1:1 Substance Use Treatment Sessions

I offer a program that is tailored to your wants and needs with your sobriety. We can meet in person, virtual or hybrid. I can follow a traditional treatment plan and session work with you (12 step based, more personalized to your needs) I also do non-traditional substance use methods for your treatment plan and session work (non 12 step approach) During your first assessment we will address your needs and goals with seeking 1:1 support. This assessment is when you and I will come up with a treatment plan together and talk about daily goals and weekly goals to report back on. This service includes weekly sessions and on call support if needed between sessions. There is no end date to this service you are welcome to continue working with me as long or as short as you need. I do not accept insurance as this a private service. This also means you do you not need a referral to use my practice.

*Assessment flat rate of $175.00 USD (90 minutes)

*Flat rate of $150.00 USD per session (Each session is 60 minutes. This price includes the on call needs between sessions)

I offer a program that is tailored to your wants and needs with your mental health. We can meet in person, virtual or hybrid.  During your first assessment we will address your needs and goals with seeking 1:1 support. This assessment is when you and I will come up with a treatment plan together and talk about daily goals and weekly goals to report back on.  This service includes weekly sessions and on call support if needed between sessions. There is no end date to this service you are welcome to continue working with me as long or as short as you need. I do not accept insurance as this a private service. This also means you do you not need a referral to use my practice.

12 Week Mentorship Program

I offer a 12 week mentorship  program that is tailored to your wants and needs with your mental health AND substance use.  We can meet in person, virtual or hybrid.  During your first assessment we will address your needs and goals with completing our mentorship program. This assessment is when you and I will send you weekly assignments to finish and talk about at the next session. This service includes weekly sessions. This is a 12 week program and will end 12 weeks from your start date. You are welcome to terminate services before the 12 weeks.* I do not accept insurance as this a private service. This also means you do you not need a referral to use my practice.

*Assessment flat rate of $175.00 USD (90 minutes)

*Flat rate of $115.00 USD (per week, the full program is $1.380 USD paid in $115.00 USD weekly increments. (60 min sessions, on call service not included) 

*No refunds for the mentorship program

*You can choose to pay for the half the program up front and half the program 6 weeks in for a discounted flat rate of $480.00 USD up front and then another payment of $480.00 USD 6 weeks into the program. ($80.00 USD per week instead of $115.00 USD per week)

*No refund on prepayment if you cancel services before 2 full weeks. $200.00 USD refund if you cancel after 2 full weeks of the program. 

*No refund on second half of payment regardless of cancellation.
